Adding staff with permissions

Give team members access to settings and admin actions without making them members.

Staff vs members

Members are the people who book rooms — practitioners, tenants, your own team booking for themselves. Staff are people who help you run the workspace: a clinic manager, a bookkeeper, a virtual assistant. Staff don't get billed for bookings.

Invite a staff member

  1. Open Settings → Team & permissions.
  2. Click Add staff.
  3. Enter their name and email.
  4. Choose which permissions they need: managing bookings, editing settings, viewing billing, and so on.
  5. Save — they'll get an invite email.

Location-scoped permissions

If you run more than one location, you can scope a staff member's permissions to just one or two venues. Useful for venue-level managers who shouldn't see other locations' data.
