For golf courses

Bookley for golf courses

Tee times, member priority, guest fees, driving range, lessons and monthly billing — in one place. A single calendar, a public booking page, and invoices that pull everything together.

What Bookley covers

  • Configurable booking windows per member tier, on whatever schedule you set.
  • A public booking page for green fees, with members' priority slots on the same calendar.
  • Add-ons at checkout — carts, buggies, range balls, meals — on one invoice.
  • Blockouts for competitions, corporate days or maintenance in a couple of clicks.
  • Monthly member statements that bundle dues, guest fees and extras.

What Bookley handles

The everyday jobs that fill up a pro shop's morning.

Tee sheet bookings

Members log in and book their own slots when their window opens. Bookings are recorded in the order they arrive.

Guests on the day

Add each guest to the party at check-in. Bookley records their name and posts the guest fee to the host member's next statement.

Extras and add-ons

Cart, buggy, range balls, meal package — added at booking or check-in. Every line goes on the same invoice as the round.

End-of-month billing

Dues, guest fees, cart hire and bar tab roll up into a single monthly statement per member. Stripe handles the payment.

How it fits a golf course

The parts that matter beyond a feature list.

Member priority booking

Configure a booking window for each member tier on the schedule you set. Bookley opens each window automatically.

Public and members on one calendar

Green-fee visitors book on your public page. Members log in and see their priority slots on the same underlying calendar.

One booking, one invoice

A member playing with guests generates a single booking with a line item per player. Guest fees post to the host member's monthly statement.

Rate cards and invoicing

Set your rate card once — weekday, weekend, twilight, member, guest, junior. Bookley applies the right rate to every round, adds the extras, and generates the invoice.

Getting set up

A short setup you can work through at your own pace.

1. Add your tee times and any other bookable resources — driving range bays, sim bays, function room.
2. Invite your members and set the booking window for each tier.
3. Load your rate card — weekday, weekend, twilight, member, guest, junior, corporate.
4. Add your extras — cart hire, buggy, range balls, meal package, coaching add-ons.
5. Track what's booked, what's earning and what's still open.

Stripe fees still apply on card payments. Bookley doesn't add anything on top.
