Resetting your password

From the login page

1. Open the Bookley login page.
2. Click Forgot password under the password field.
3. Enter the email address you signed in with.
4. Check your inbox for a reset link — it's valid for one hour.
5. Click the link, choose a new password, and you're back in.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, contact your workspace admin — they can resend the welcome email, which includes a fresh password reset link.

If you have 2FA enabled

A password reset doesn't disable two-factor authentication. After signing in with the new password, you'll still need a code from your authenticator app. If you've also lost your authenticator, use one of your backup codes — and if you've lost those too, contact support.
