Subscribing to your bookings calendar

Sync your Bookley bookings into Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars.

Get your iCal URL

  1. Open Settings → Account settings.
  2. Find the iCal subscription section.
  3. Copy the iCal URL — it's unique to you and read-only.

Add the feed to your calendar app

  1. Google Calendar: Settings → Add calendar → From URL → paste.
  2. Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → paste.
  3. Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste.

Refresh and privacy

External calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds every few hours, not in real time, so very recent bookings may take a little while to appear elsewhere. The feed is read-only — your own bookings stay in Bookley, you just see them mirrored externally.
