Push a message to every member in your workspace.

Create an announcement

  1. Open Settings → Announcements & notifications.
  2. Click New announcement.
  3. Write the message and choose who should see it — everyone, or only members at a specific location.
  4. Save — the announcement shows as a banner inside the app for every member until you deactivate it.

When to use announcements

Best for short, time-sensitive notices: a public-holiday closure, a one-off maintenance window, an updated policy. For permanent information (rates, room rules), edit the relevant settings page so the info lives where members look for it.
