Booking window controls

Workspace-wide booking window

1. Open Settings → User booking rules.
2. Set Maximum advance booking — the furthest into the future members can book.
3. Set Minimum notice — the closest to now a member can book.
4. Save.

Per-room overrides

A room might need different rules from the rest of the workspace — e.g. group rooms that fill 6 months ahead vs. consult rooms that should only open 4 weeks ahead. Open the room in Settings → Spaces to override its booking window.

Common patterns

1. Most clinics: 60–90 days advance booking, 15-minute minimum notice.
2. Group studios: 6 months advance booking for popular classes.
3. Hot desks: same-day to one-week advance booking to keep stock fresh.
