Cancelling a booking

Cancel a single booking

1. Click the booking on the day or week view.
2. Choose Cancel.
3. Confirm — the booking is removed from the calendar.

Cancellation fees

If your workspace charges cancellation fees, the fee applies when you cancel within the notice period set by your admin. A short grace window right after creating a booking lets you cancel without a fee — use this to fix mistakes immediately after booking.

Cancelling a series

If the booking is part of a repeat series, you'll be asked whether to cancel just this booking, or this date and all future bookings in the series.
