Set up a repeat

1. Open the booking panel from an empty calendar slot.
2. Set Repeat to Weekly or Fortnightly.
3. Pick the date the series should run until.
4. Click Confirm — Bookley creates a booking for each occurrence and skips any conflicts.

Preview before you confirm

The Preview screen shows every date in the series, flags any conflicts, and tells you exactly how many bookings will be created. Use it to spot clashes before they hit the calendar.

Fees on a repeat series

By default, your workspace's standard rate applies to each booking in the series. If your admin has enabled flat-fee mode, a single fee can cover the whole series occurrence regardless of length — check with your admin if you're not sure which mode applies.
