The display screen
Show today's bookings on a TV or tablet in your waiting room.
Set up a display
- Open Settings → Display screen.
- Choose what to show — rooms, occupants, time remaining, your logo.
- Click Get link — Bookley generates a secure URL with a token.
- Open that URL on the device in your waiting room (any browser, no login required).
Per-location displays
If you run more than one location, each can have its own display configuration and URL. Switch locations from the tab at the top of the Display screen page.
Public access
The display URL is unlisted and token-protected — anyone with the URL can view it, but it's not indexed and the rest of your workspace is not accessible from it. If a URL is ever compromised, regenerate the token from the same page to invalidate it.
