Peak and time-of-day pricing

What it does

Peak and time pricing layers a surcharge or discount on top of your standard rate, based on the day of the week and the time of day. Use it to charge a premium at peak times, or to discount unpopular slots to fill them.

Set up peak rates

1. Open Settings → Pricing.
2. Find Peak and time pricing in the Pricing rules section.
3. Click Set peak and time pricing.
4. Add a row for each window: day of week, start time, end time, surcharge or discount, amount per hour.
5. Save.

Examples

1. Weekdays 9am–5pm: +$10/hr surcharge (peak).
2. Weekday evenings after 6pm: −$15/hr discount (off-peak).
3. Weekends: −$10/hr discount (off-peak).
