Per-session vs monthly billing

Per-session billing

A separate invoice is generated for each booking. Best for casual users, one-off events, or pay-as-you-go pricing. Members get an invoice email per booking. Pairs naturally with Stripe pre-payments.

Monthly billing

All a member's bookings within a calendar month roll into one invoice, generated at month-end and sent in a batch. Best for tenured members and clinic residents. Cleaner cash flow, fewer emails, but the member won't see exact costs until the end of the month.

Choosing per workspace or per member

1. Set the default for your workspace in Settings → Billing settings.
2. Override it on a per-member basis from the member's profile, if you want some members on monthly and others on per-session.
