Public payment links

When to use them

Public payment links are for one-off charges to people who don't have a Bookley account — a guest who hired a room for an event, a one-day workshop attendee, or a sponsor paying for sponsorship. The recipient pays via Stripe without needing to log in.

Create a public payment link

1. Open Settings → Payments.
2. Click New public link.
3. Set the amount, description, and an optional expiry date.
4. Click Create — Bookley generates a URL you can email, text, or share.

Tracking

The Payments page shows every public link you've created and whether it's been paid. Paid links flow into your Stripe payouts the same way regular invoice payments do.
