Setting up the floor plan

Upload your floor plan

1. Open Settings → Floor plans.
2. Click Add floor plan.
3. Upload an SVG, PNG, or JPG of your venue map.
4. Name it and Save.

Place rooms on the plan

Click each room in the room list to drop a clickable hotspot on the map. Drag it to the right spot, resize if needed, and save. Members will click these hotspots to see availability and book in place.

Multiple floor plans

If you run more than one location — or a single venue with multiple floors — add a floor plan per area. Each is tied to the rooms it contains; members see the right plan for the rooms they're booking.
