Half-day and full-day flat rates

What it does

Time-block pricing replaces hourly billing for bookings of a specific length. Set $220 for any 4-hour booking, $400 for any 8-hour booking, and Bookley uses that flat price instead of multiplying hours by your standard rate.

Set up time blocks

1. Open Settings → Pricing.
2. Find Time blocks in the Pricing rules section.
3. Click Set time blocks.
4. Add a row for each block: name, minimum duration, maximum duration, flat amount.
5. Save.

Tip

Time blocks pair well with tiered hourly pricing as a fallback — define your time blocks for common bookings (half-day, full-day) and let the hourly model handle anything outside those lengths.
