Different prices for different rooms

When to use it

If you have rooms that differ in size, equipment, or desirability — a large training room vs. a single consult room — you'll usually want to price them differently. Room-specific pricing lets you override the standard rate per room without changing the workspace default.

Set room prices

1. Open Settings → Pricing.
2. Find Room prices in the Pricing rules section.
3. Click Set room prices.
4. For each room you want to override, enter its rate per hour.
5. Save.

What still applies

A room-specific rate takes the place of your standard rate, but peak/time pricing surcharges and discounts still apply on top, and member-specific overrides still beat the room rate. So you get the right price even when several rules interact.
