Setting a custom rate for a specific user

When to use it

Use user-specific pricing when one member needs a different rate from your workspace default — a resident practitioner on a long-term contract, a foundation member you grandfathered in, a friend or family discount.

Set a user-specific rate

1. Open Settings → Pricing.
2. Find User prices in the Pricing rules section.
3. Click Set user prices.
4. Pick the user and enter their custom rate per hour.
5. Save.

It beats every other rule

A user-specific rate is the most specific rule in Bookley's pricing system — it overrides room prices, peak-time pricing, and your workspace default. If you need a one-off discount instead (rather than a permanent custom rate), use an invoice adjustment instead.
