How do I set up tiered pricing?

Switch your pricing model

1. Open Settings → Pricing.
2. On the Workspace pricing system card, click Edit.
3. Change Default pricing model to Tiered hourly.
4. Save.

Define your tiers

1. Find the Hourly tiers card in the Pricing rules section.
2. Click Set hourly tiers.
3. Add a row for each tier: lower bound (hours), upper bound (hours), rate per hour.
4. The last tier should be open-ended (e.g. 4+ hours) to cover any booking longer than your top tier.
5. Save.

Test it before launch

Make a test booking at a couple of different lengths and check the price preview matches what you expect. If the maths looks off, the most common cause is a gap or overlap between tiers — make sure each tier's upper bound is the next tier's lower bound exactly.
